You can transfer your images via Lazymask dropbox. LazyMask’s dropbox has a 2GB capacity that enables you to upload your images without the need to register and login.

When uploading, please specify your requirements for the individual masking tasks in the message field otherwise just attach your instructions file. When the images are completed, you will receive an email with a link informing you where you can download your images.

For our first time users, kindly also indicate in the message field.

When you need to send a large file FTP is a good and stable choice. All you need to do is apply for an FTP account and when your application is approved; we will e-mail you, your FTP User Name and Password. Thereafter, download FileZilla, if you are a windows user, or FetchSoftworks, if you are using MAC, and then enter the FTP address, password and username provided in the email.

If you have special requests, please notify us by sending an e-mail to service[at]lazymask.com. The images are masked by the next day when you will receive an email informing you that the masks are complete. Download your masked images in the “Completed Mask” folder.
