Service Agreement

This agreement is in legal conformity between LazyMask and its clients. According to this the client availing the services of LazyMask, accepts that he or she has read, understood and has agreed to comply with the terms and conditions declared in this agreement.

I. Definition of Terms

     a. Client means any individual, company, firm or other organization who or which has registered and availed of the services of          LazyMask, the seller.
     b. Seller stands for the company LazyMask
     c. The Service(s) refers to the assistance offered by the seller, as indicated by this seller on the Services section of this website, for a          quoted price.

II. Acceptance – All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein, which are accepted by the client upon availing of the service(s) of the seller, which the seller has confirmed.

     a. When a client avails of the service(s), LazyMask will ask from the client his/ her company profile for LazyMask to determine the          client’s business viability and the client’s ability to pay the seller for the service(s) availed.
     b. Upon the delivery of the finished project, the client is given two weeks to evaluate the project. The client shall notify the seller for          any claims of damages, for claims of poor quality, and if the he/ she is just not satisfied with the finished project.
     c. If the client fails to notify the seller within two weeks for any claims and dissatisfactions, such finished project shall be deemed to          have been irrevocably accepted by the client and thus he/ she must pay for it within the agreed terms.

III. Miscellaneous – The seller’s failure to strictly enforce any term or condition of this Service Agreement or to exercise any right arising hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of the seller’s right to strictly enforce such terms or conditions, or exercise such right thereafter.

If any provision of this Service Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this Service Agreement or any contract that may be entered into between the seller and the client shall be governed by the pertinent laws of the Philippines.

All images sent to LazyMask by its clients are treated as the clients’ property. The company does not claim ownership to any images that are transmitted through any transmission channels including, but not limited to, email and FTP account.
