How will I transfer my images to you?: LazyMask Dropbox

You can transfer your images via Lazymask dropbox. LazyMask’s dropbox has a 2GB capacity that enables you to transfer your files with convenience.

When you send your images, please fill out the form diligently. The option to enter a message will be the area wherein you are required to enter your instructions for your images otherwise just attach your instructions file.

For our first time users, kindly indicate in the “enter a message” space.

FTP

If you would like to transfer your images via FTP, please email service[at]lazymask.com for FTP login details. You will need to have FileZilla on your computer to access your FTP account. Using FileZilla and your login details gives you access to personalized folders on LazyMask’s FTP site.
In what image format do I need to send my images in?: We can work with images in any format that is compatible with Adobe Photoshop.
Do you have adequate facilities to support my business process?: Of course we do. Our main office in the Philippines is located in an IT building with a secure internet connection. All our offices have three 2mb Internet bandwidth connection and our employees work in Intel Core 2 Extreme Duo/AMD 64 X2 Workstations, and Apple Cinema LCDs.

The software we use is the latest and it’s completely up-to-date.
Do you use licensed software or are you a piracy advocate?: We do not advocate piracy. Most of our clients require that we guarantee that the software we use is licensed.
How are my projects handled?: We would just like to throw that question back to you, how do you want us to handle your project? What we do with your project is completely up to you. We will treat your project according to your specifications.

We have 24/7 customer service representative that will get in touch with you to give you updates on the progress of you images.
How long will it take you to finish my projects?: For clipping path jobs, we guarantee a turn-around time of 24 hours for up to a specific number of images. You images are outlined to clipping path perfection the next day. For our other services, the length of the project depends on (a) how many images you send us and (b) your specifications.
How will I be protected from copyright infringement?: The images you send us are completely covered in our Service Agreement.
Do you have an upload/download server specific to Mac users?: Fetch Softworks. Mac users will have to download this Mac version FTP client to upload images. Fifteen-day trial versions are available for Fetch, after which you’ll have to pay the single-user license for $25.

For Windows users, we use FileZilla as the FTP client.
